Ultimate Exposures is pleased to be your photography company. We provide a form-less, flawless, easy picture day experience!

The experience begins when a team checks in at our check-in tent. Only coaches need to check in. Once their entire team is ready, they are led to a photographer who will then photograph every player on the team. A player steps up to our marker, tells the photographer their name, the photographer looks up the player’s name on the roster pre-loaded into our tablets, snaps an image that then becomes tied to the player’s name and email address. This is how the entire team has individual photos done! Once every player has been photographed, we then move onto a traditional team photo. And that’s it! No more forms to fill out and no unnecessary paperwork. Players and families are free to enjoy the rest of their weekend!

Families will receive their photo proofs within 7-10 days of picture day. In the event that families want proofs sent to additional emails, a QR code will be available at the check-in tent for families to scan and add additional emails.

You will receive an email within 7-10 days of Picture Day that will link you to your athlete’s photos to purchase online.

Picture Poses:

We take an individual pose with a bat and one team photo. Be sure your athlete is in full uniform and bring their bat for their individual photo! Buddy shots taken with family and friends are available as well. These will be available to view and order online.

Picture Day Schedule:

The League/Picture Day Coordinator will assign teams their photo time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your specific picture time. TARDY teams are subject to longer wait times in order to accommodate teams who have arrived on time.

League Package that will be delivered to the league:

You will receive: 1 Memory Mate (individual photo + team photo sheet, 4 Wallets, and 1 Photo Magnet. Extra prints and products are available on our website. Order within 14 days for best pricing!

League Package delivery:

League packages will be delivered to the picture day coordinator. No forms are necessary so families who only wish to receive the league package that the league is providing them simply need to wait for the league to receive them! All paid online orders will be mailed home within 10 days of ordering. Shipping is $3.00 through USPS. FedEx options are also available.
